About the conference

Since 2018, Sydelle Ricardo and Nelida Cathalina, owner of ProfPro, have been hosting their annual retreat. This retreat has always been a success, evolving from initially being just for women to becoming an event for both men and women.

"What’s Your Aim" is aimed at Marksmanship. It's about the ability and skills people need to become a shooter. With this, we want to convey that when you have a goal, you go for it, but there are things you need to consider to make sure you have what you need to hit the target. When you aim for something, it's about the process of desire and taking action to achieve it. There's room for what you want and for you to achieve it. Positioning is important here.
