About Sydelle Ricardo

Sydelle's journey began with a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, specializing in working with men and normative professionalism, followed by a degree in Management in Human Care, both obtained in the Netherlands. After studying and working abroad, Sydelle returned to her roots in Curaçao in 2006. In 2009, she co-founded the Curaçao Phoenix Foundation (CPF) with a dream to inspire, empower, and transform lives.

Over the years, Sydelle has continued to expand her expertise and knowledge, leading her to new horizons in intercultural management. Today, she holds various roles including Senior Trainer, Purpose Coach, Consultant & Project and Training Developer, Transformational & Inspirational Speaker, Writer, Volunteer, and Dance Therapist. With over 23 years of experience in the field, Sydelle's dedication and commitment shine through in all her endeavors.

Sydelle's unique socio-business approach, combined with her intercultural work experience, has brought breakthroughs in individuals, teams, leaders, and organizations across cultural boundaries. Known for her non-judgmental approach and high sensitivity, Sydelle tackles root causes and analyzes patterns with precision.
