Training: Coaching Intermediate Level

Welcome to the "Coaching Intermediate Level" program at the Sydelle Ricardo Development Institute in collaboration with the Curaçao Phoenix Foundation. Our program is designed to help you enhance your coaching skills and deepen your understanding of coaching techniques. Whether you're a professional trainer, expert, or coach, this training will provide you with valuable insights and tools to excel in your field.

Our training is conducted by qualified trainers and coaches with educational backgrounds equivalent to or higher than that of the program. We focus on providing coaching skills in the spoken language of Papiamentu.

Certification: Certificate of Achievement - March 2024

Upon completion of the program, you will receive a Certificate of Achievement from the Sydelle Ricardo Development Institute in collaboration with the Curaçao Phoenix Foundation. The program includes:

• Co-Active Coaching: A checklist

• Exploration forms and checklists

• Skills development

• Practical application

• Advanced Co-Active Coaching

• Balancing distance and proximity in practice

• Five essential practices

• The five dimensions

• Practicum and case studies

• Intervision

• Introduction to specializations

• EMDR: An introduction

You will receive handouts and reference literature to support your learning throughout the training.

Program Schedule

The program runs from October 2023 to March 2024. Classes are held on three Wednesday evenings per month from 18:30 to 20:30, excluding official holidays.

Accessibility of the Training

This program is designed as an intermediate-level course following our "Coaching Basics" program. It is tailored for individuals who are already practicing as coaches and wish to further expand and deepen their coaching skills.

Payment

We offer flexible payment options to make our "Coaching Intermediate Level" program accessible to all interested participants:

• Option 1: One-time Payment

• Pay ANG 2100,= for the entire program upfront.

• Enjoy a discount of 150 ANG on the total amount.

• You pay only 1950 ANG.

• Option 2: Monthly Installments

• Pay in 6 monthly installments of 350 ANG each.

• The first payment is due no later than October 1st, 2023.

• Subsequent payments are due on the 1st of each month until March 1st, 2024.
